I like doing sales.
In sales line, you will be able to see the trueself of person that you are dealing with.
There are people that nice and like you so much..
At the same time, there are people that simply show their dislike and irrespect towards us, just because of our career, and the emotion come, even before they know us..
Is this something good?
People that we are dealing with in sales, are the trueself, they do not need to sweet coat themselves to us. When you are in sales line, friends have others friends and only if they like you, they will continue to-be-friend with you.
Respect is simple. Simply felt offended when meet people that shows irrespect..

Books that i read in August...
Today is a happy raining days.. I am reading a few books at the same time. Almost finish the Crucial Conversation. I think this is a good book. When i felt helpless or emo at work, i shifted my attention to improve in myself by observing crucial conversation. All these while, I felt that work is OK, but dealing with people is uneasy.
Crucial conversation is one of the self improvement that colored my life. I will not felt unhappy when deal with crucial conversation as this is another opportunity for me to polished myself. This is a good one :)
Summary of Crucial Conversation ,
1. Learn to identify crucial conversation (emotion running high, opinion vary, high stakes)
2. Restore safety in conversation through apology, contrasting, build mutual purpose.
3. In order to make sure both are in conversation, talk with mutual respect and mutual purpose.
4. Hey ok, please respect others when you talk. Look into yourself to make sure you respect others.. :)
5. Build mutual purpose with CRIB - Commit to seek mutual purpose, recognize the purpose behind the strategy, Invent mutual purpose, brainstorm for new strategy.
6. Master our own story when you need to clarify your thought with others. Talk with STATE (What? stating fact, tell your story, ask for others path. How? Talk tentatively and explore other path).
7. Explore other path with AMPP - Ask, Mirror, Paraphase, Prime
8. When idea different, use ABC. Agree, Build, and Compare the different idea between ourselves and others.
Reading another book, Tempered Management. The content is kind of similar to crucial conversation. At first, the books share with us why tempered is form. Tempered is like energy, it cannot disappear, but it can be transform to be sth good or sth bad. Use temper to motivate and give us energy for sth good :)
Strategies to be Happy - This is an interesting book from Dai Chen Zhi. Story telling with morale of story related to happiness. Simple story and morale. Yet, is a good reminder to remind me about simple happiness :)
I realized, we will not feel happy if we do not see improvement in ourselves. In order to be happy, find some area that you need improvement and work on it. When you see the progress, you will be happy ^^
